Kamux keeps expanding in Sweden: showroom no. 15 to be opened in Norrtälje
Kamux, a company specialising in used car sales, is further expanding its operations in Sweden by opening a new showroom in Norrtälje during the first quarter of 2019.
“Kamux is continuing its strong growth in Sweden, and we are excited to be opening Norrtälje showroom early next year. There is a significant change of pace for Kamux in Sweden, since over the past few months we have announced four new launches,” says Robin Toss, Swedish Country Director.
“Located in Norrtäljeporten, a growing commercial area, the new showroom is part of a rapidly developing area. The Kamux Norrtälje showroom is situated in a prime location with easy access for our customers around the area,” continues Robin Toss.
Showroom network triangle
Norrtälje is only 60 kilometres away from Stockholm and 70 kilometres away from Uppsala. The showroom network triangle will strengthen the company’s foothold in the area and helps to serve customers with a wider selection of cars. The number of cars in the showroom will be about 110, but the entire selection of cars and a home delivery option are available to Kamux’s customers.
Good customer service valued
“The goal for us is a retail experience that seamlessly merges the online and offline experiences. Many customers like to look for cars on the internet and digital presence is very important for us. Having said that, however, good customer service face to face with a professional is still valued. We are pleased with the customer response to Kamux’s concept. Good service, affordably priced cars and trustworthiness are key elements of our concept,” says Olli Kilpi, Director of International Business, Kamux.
Kamux offering job opportunities and training
“We shall start recruiting the Norrtälje sales team soon. As a growing company, we are continuously hiring new staff, particularly new salespersons. The right attitude is key, so previous experience in car sales is not essential. Kamux has a unique training programme where new employees will have the opportunity to learn the profession as well as customer service skills. Hiring locally is important to us. We want to support communities by employing from within them,” says Robin Toss.
